It was Thanksgiving

Well, I haven't posted in a while, so I'll try to catch up what I can in the next few days.  We had a good time Thanksgiving visiting with family.  I decided to buy a turkey and try to make a small one at home. I'd never really attempted this before, but I watched Paula Deen on the food channel do it. So, I figured I'd give it a shot.  Here is the bird, baked and stuffed with sage, rosemary, onions and garlic. I don't think its to shabby for my first one...
